G’day! I’m Renea from Australia. I can be described as a fast-paced, always thinking mad scientist obsessed with explaining the science of Podiatry.

I grew up with sports mad parents from Victoria in regional Western Australia. AFL was the only footy game that existed to me until coming to Queensland. Turns out there are more footy codes…

Apart from being a current national level Juduka (Judo), previous women’s A-grade soccer player and exposed to many other sports; running has always been there.

I have a solid sense of community and truly enjoy training and teaching The Reich Method® that I created to my now massive Run Club group in Toowoomba, Queensland.
